Nanny's Pavillon's Blueberry & Cheese Roll Pancake

 

Blueberry & Cheese Roll Pancake is one of many Nanny's Pavillon recommended menu. It consists of its pancake (of course), cheese, blueberry sauce, and ice cream. The price of the Blueberry & Cheese Roll Pancake is 59k. 

Let's talk about the pancake first...

Nanny's Pavillon's Blueberry & Cheese Roll Pancake is a roll-shaped pancake. This is my first time eating roll pancake. The pancake is soft and delicious. The thickness of the pancake... i think it's enough. It is easy to be cut with cutleries. The pancake also still have a nice texture although it took more time to eat after i took a photo of it. 

Move to the cheese, I think the cheese that they use in Blueberry & Cheese Roll Pancake is cream cheese. It tasted like real cheese. The cheese also has nice density. 

Next, the blueberry. The blueberry sauce is not only consist of sauces but also blueberries. The density of the sauce is nice. The blueberry sauce is not too sweet, not too sour. 

Last, the ice cream. It's a vanilla ice cream (if i'm not wrong) and it is dense (in a good way).

Will have Blueberry & Cheese Roll Pancake's next time
